The grapes used in our 2020 Reserve Red were sourced from select vineyards in the Southern Okanagan Valley. The juice underwent fermentation in the tank, before being pressed off the skins and aged for 15 months in a combination of new and used oak. This deeply-coloured Bordeaux-style blend begins with aromas of green bell pepper and figs, mingled with forest floor, leather, and spice. On the palate, it delivers flavours of blackberry, stewed plums, and blackcurrant with vanilla prominent on the velvety finish.
 
Suggested Food Pairings: Sharp aged cheese (Compte, Welshe Cheddar), prime rib, roast rack of lamb with garlic and herbs, Swiss roll.
